Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through online platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, databases)
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and client companies
- Maintain candidate pipeline for active and future job roles
- Build and manage relationships with clients and hiring managers
- Collaborate with internal RecXchange teams to meet recruitment KPIs
- Provide timely updates, documentation, and reporting
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment cycles and sourcing techniques
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other global job boards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple job requisitions simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

- Proven experience in international or technical recruitment
- Remote work experience with recruitment agencies or platforms
