Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure
- Supervise IT support staff and provide guidance on technical issues
- Ensure smooth operation of school-wide LAN/WAN networks
- Manage software systems including attendance, fee management, and academic portals
- Implement data security protocols and system backups
- Monitor and maintain CCTV, biometric systems, and campus internet
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement of hardware/software
- Train staff on tech tools and digital platforms used in academic settings
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and respond to user queries
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Information Systems
- Minimum 4–6 years of IT management experience, preferably in educational institutions
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Networking, Databases, Firewalls
- Hands-on experience with School Management Software is preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Eligibility Criteria
- Pakistani national with valid CNIC
- Strong command of English and Urdu
- Lahore-based candidates will be preferred
- Available for full-time, on-campus work
