Job Description

| Technical Recruiter | Manage end-to-end tech recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, evaluating, and onboarding candidates for software development, QA, DevOps, and product teams. |
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering managers and project leads to understand technical hiring needs
- Post and manage job ads across platforms (LinkedIn, Rozee, Indeed, Stack Overflow, etc.)
- Use sourcing strategies including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and job boards
- Conduct initial technical screening and behavioral interviews
- Maintain candidate databases, interview scorecards, and recruitment analytics
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and negotiate offers with selected candidates
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Help implement ATS tools and improve hiring workflows
Educational Qualifications and Skills
- BBA / MBA (HR), BSCS, or equivalent
- 2–4 years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally in a software house or IT company
- Deep understanding of tech stacks: JavaScript, Node.js, Python, PHP, .NET, DevOps, QA, etc.
- Familiarity with Agile team structures and development life cycles
- Experience with ATS platforms (Workable, JazzHR, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- High energy, resourcefulness, and time management

- Pakistani nationality
- Valid CNIC
- Based in Lahore or willing to relocate
- Available for immediate joining or within 2 weeks
- Familiarity with remote hiring and freelance platforms is a plus
