Job Description
| Title | Responsibilities |

| Technical Service Engineer | Provide technical support for solar inverter products, troubleshoot installations, assist channel partners, and deliver training and field diagnostics. |
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with on-grid, hybrid, and off-grid solar inverters
- Provide on-site and remote support to installation partners and EPCs
- Coordinate with distributors and project teams for post-sales support
- Conduct technical training and product presentations to partners and clients
- Maintain documentation of product issues, failure reports, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with R&D and global support teams to escalate hardware or firmware anomalies
- Assist pre-sales team with technical queries and system sizing when needed
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and post-installation service quality
Educational Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Renewable Energy Engineering
- 2–4 years of experience in solar inverter installation/support, preferably with Chinese or European brands (e.g., SolaX, Growatt, Huawei, SMA)
- Hands-on knowledge of PV system design, energy storage, and inverter commissioning
- Proficiency in multimeters, testing equipment, communication protocols (RS485/Wi-Fi/GPRS)
- Strong communication in English and Urdu
- Willingness to travel across Pakistan (sometimes on short notice)
Eligibility Criteria
- Pakistani nationality
- Valid CNIC and DAE/Engineering degree
- No criminal record
- Must own valid driving license and be comfortable with regional travel
- Experience in solar tech support or energy sector (minimum 2 years)
