Job Description

TitleResponsibilities
Technical Support EngineerProvide on-site and remote technical support, diagnose technical issues, assist in system installations, and resolve customer concerns for smart devices and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues related to smart automation, IoT, or surveillance systems
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, chat, or in-person visits
  • Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of Smart Matrix products
  • Maintain logs of client issues and generate daily/weekly reports
  • Work closely with product and development teams to escalate unresolved problems
  • Conduct user training and demonstrations for new installations
  • Support testing and quality assurance before product deployment
  • Visit client sites for field support when required

Educational Qualifications and Skills

  • DAE (Electronics/Electrical) or BS/BE in Computer Science, Electrical, or IT
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support, smart devices, or tech installation roles
  • Good understanding of network devices, software tools, and system integration
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems
  • Good communication in English and Urdu
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure

  • Willing to travel within Lahore and nearby regions for site visits
