Job Description
| Title | Responsibilities |

| Technical Support Engineer | Provide on-site and remote technical support, diagnose technical issues, assist in system installations, and resolve customer concerns for smart devices and solutions. |
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues related to smart automation, IoT, or surveillance systems
- Provide customer support via phone, email, chat, or in-person visits
- Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of Smart Matrix products
- Maintain logs of client issues and generate daily/weekly reports
- Work closely with product and development teams to escalate unresolved problems
- Conduct user training and demonstrations for new installations
- Support testing and quality assurance before product deployment
- Visit client sites for field support when required
Educational Qualifications and Skills
- DAE (Electronics/Electrical) or BS/BE in Computer Science, Electrical, or IT
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, smart devices, or tech installation roles
- Good understanding of network devices, software tools, and system integration
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and customer service skills
- Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems
- Good communication in English and Urdu
- Ability to work independently and under pressure

- Willing to travel within Lahore and nearby regions for site visits
